The Straits Shanghai Property Fund, L.P. was launched in 2003 to acquire a portfolio of colonial houses in the French and International Concession Areas in Shanghai. As part of its investment programme, these colonial houses are restored to their original splendour using experienced architects, designers and craftsmen and suitable materials from Asia and Europe.

These properties are leased to corporations and their senior management for residential occupancy or for commercial use during the life of the fund.
